I have multiple location that have the same types of event at the same time, same date. To simplify enrollment, can we create one event and allow the user to choose different location to sign up via radio button or dropdown?
Or do I have to create separate events for separate locations.
It would depend on whether you need to set attendee limits for the event at each location.
If you need to set a limit for these events so one doesn’t sell out, then you would need to create separate events for separate locations.
If you don’t need to set limits, then you could add a radio button question to the event’s registration form and that would record their choice of location.
I understand. So let’s say we need to create 2 separate events for the 2 separate locations, is it possible for us to display both events on the same page (given they are part of the same category)?
We will use color to illustrate the different locations.
Is that possible and if so, how can I go about doing that?
If there are more than the two events in the category you could alternatively list them out on a page by manually creating links to them on another page. Near the top of the Event editor you’ll find a button that lets you copy and past the URL for an event.
