The venue data isn’t available at that point, you could use a shortcode though

There shouldn’t be a br tag, though the title is a header (h3) and there is a surrounding div and an empty p tag. Css should be able to resolve those as they have classes available and the shortcode can be modified to edit those classes to make them unique should you use this shortcode elsewhere.

If it is adding in a BR tag then your theme is modifying the output.

If the Br tag is within an element with a class/id you could target it with css

e.g. .event_venue br { display:none; }

Well, if you have the Custom Files Addon, you could go to the shortcodes.php file in the main plugin and copy the shortcode to the custom_shortcodes.php file in the custom files addon. Then you would need to rename it so it doesnt clash, make your adjustments and use that new shortcode in your template.

Of course you could just amend the shortcode directly in the shortcodes.php file, but as it is a core file updates will over write your changes.
