We run a movie theater that gets rented out for various functions and events. While we are implementing Event Espresso as our main ticketing system (REALLY looking forward to v3.2), sometimes our clients want to have people register/pay at the door. Is there a way to reflect this when we are creating our events (we obviously want them to populate in our event calendar), but also give the option to say “Free Event” of “Tickets Available at the Door”? We won’t even need to really capture any registration info, mostly just let people know the event is taking place. Thoughts?
What about adding a secondary price to the event, name it Pay at the door, mark it 0.
Unfortunately, its not possible currently to remove the price ($0) or stop the registration details being requested. That might not be a bad thing, as it helps keep track of numbers as I assume you have fixed capacity.
