Hello, I’ve searched the topics but I have been unable to figure out how to do the following:

We are a small independent non-profit theater. We have ten or fifteen productions per year, with each production being performed multiple nights, sometimes a single show per night (e.g. 8pm only), sometimes two shows per night (e.g. same production plays at both 8pm and 10pm).

I have figured out how to set up recurring events for each production, but each show date then appears as a separate event on our main events page, with the showtimes for that night only appearing in a drop down when you click on that show date. I need to figure out instead how to have each production appear just once, with all show DATES AND TIMES selectable from the same drop down.

Is this possible?

EDIT: I have set up a site with a sample production called Serial Killers, which plays Saturdays only at both 8pm and 10pm between this Sat and Dec 14, with one week off for Thanksgiving: http://www.idiomtheater.com/test/event-espresso/

As you can see, the production shows up as four separate events. What I am looking for is a way for this page to show just ONE Serial Killers event, which when clicked on, shows all 8 showtimes (two per day on four days) on the same dropdown. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it!! :)

Hi Wesley,

There are template files in the recurring event manager folder which can be used to make the recurring events into a single block

Documentation – http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/recurring-events-manager/#templates

We also have a new plugin soon to be released that does this in a table format, you can experience a demo of it here http://demoee.org/custom-events-list-add-on/ just click the select a date button.

Times need to be selected once inside the event page itself.
