The shortcode [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] is not allowing the event to show up on my page. The page is just displaying the actual words from the shortcode “[ESPRESSO_EVENTS].” Does anyone know why this would be the case? URL: http://www.oneloveyoga-studio.com/
Hi, I checked your site. I am assuming that the http://www.oneloveyoga-studio.com/event/classes is the page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode on? If so, it seems to be working just fine. If not, can you please advise which page is showing the shortcode and what page you have set in the General Settings as the main page?
Dean, http://www.oneloveyoga-studio.com/event/classes/register?ee=832 Am I suppose to have a different shortcode there now? This use to work before upgrading.
I can only assume that the set up isn’t correct somehow, or that the update has done a permalink issue that crops up from time to time. I would advise you to check the pages in General Settings and make sure they have the correct shortcodes. It may also be worth creating a new page and add the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode to it, and change the General Settings over to the new page. If that then kicks in the events, you can delete the old page.
Recreating the page and deleting the old one seemed to make it happy, thanks Dean.
