Hi,

I’m trying to use the shortcode for ticket selector on a page and the following is showing up – Why? Help!

General Admission – Child
id=”display-tckt-slctr-tkt-details-1479-28″
class=”display-tckt-slctr-tkt-details display-the-hidden lt-grey-text smaller-text hide-if-no-js”
rel=”tckt-slctr-tkt-details-1479-28″
title=”click to show additional ticket details”
>
show details +

id=”hide-tckt-slctr-tkt-details-1479-28″
class=”hide-tckt-slctr-tkt-details hide-the-displayed lt-grey-text smaller-text hide-if-no-js”
rel=”tckt-slctr-tkt-details-1479-28″
title=”click to hide additional ticket details”
style=”display:none;”
>

Hi Katy,

I moved this topic to it’s own thread as the issue does not exactly match the original posters issue.

Can you please provide a link to the page where this is occurring?

Hi Katy,

This looks like an issue that the Themeforest theme is causing. Can you check with the theme’s support staff to see if there’s a way to disable the theme from filtering the content so that plugin shortcodes can be used? They may have an option or a filter that will override its default behavior.

Thanks I’ve contacted them, hopefully they can help. I’m also now not getting registrant information even though I have it selected that the info is required. I have spoken with registrants and they said they had to put the info in but I’m not receiveing it on my end?

This is a total nightmare. I would like to go back to the old version until the kinks are sorted out, but when I try to do that, there is info missing.

I’m lost.

Hi Katy,

When you say you are not receiving the information are you just not getting the emails or is the attendee data not in the dashboard (Registrations -> Overview)?
