I have a problem with the shortcode wich i use for the conformation email. The short code is called [custom_form question]. I have some questions in my form that contain html links. The short code will not show these qestions. All my ohter questions do work with the short code, but only the ones with html codes in the question will not.

I have tried to copy the exact same text as in de question, and also i tried the full html code to past after [custom_ but neither will work.

Is there a solution for this?

Hi,

I haven’t seen that shortcode before, do you mean the [custom_questions] shortcode?

When testing the [custom_questions] shortcode, the html in the question title appeared correctly. Adding html to the values will not work in general.

No, i mean these shortcodes:

[question_Form question]

[answer_Form question]

When i replace form question with the actual question thats containing html its not working.

I am using these because if i use the short code [custom_questions] my application form will not apear in  the right order. All my questions will go in a random order. And I want it in the same order as the actual application form thats visible on the site.

Hi,

I re-tested this using the shortcodes and again had no issue with there being HTML.

Can you paste here the question you are using (including the html) and the shortcode you are using for that question please?

Its about the two questions below:

Shirt maat <a href=”http://rondevanmiddennederland.nl/files/2013/04/Maattabel-rvmnl.jpg”&gt; (klik hier voor de maattabel)</a>

Algemene voorwaarden <a class=”” href=”http://rondevanmiddennederland.nl/files/2013/04/Regelement-.jpg”&gt; (Klik hier voor de voorwaarden)</a>

There are not accepting the short code. Here you can see the full application form: http://rondevanmiddennederland.nl/event-registration/?ee=1

If you scroll down there is a section “overige informatie” there you can find the questions.

Hi Laurens,

Instead of using [question_Form question], it would be much simpler to just type the question into the email editor.
