Our PayPal account is used for several things and our accountant has to reconcile it every month. For some reason EE transactions come up two different ways with no pattern.
Sometimes the “ITEM TITLE” says “Shopping Cart” and other times it says the name of the event. It’s not consistent. We really need it to say the name of the event every time. I saw this come up a couple times on the forum with no resolution.

Where about are the titles/shopping cart wording appearing? I ran some tests and it doesnt seem to be an issue when a person starts the payment process, so I am assuming it is in some sort of report?
