Hi,

I’ve run into a problem today that I’m having a bit of a hard time figuring out.  I searched the forums and couldnt find a solution so far.

Basically, I have a working ‘add to cart’ function for my website.  I can add multiple events and continue to the payment screen at the end.  The confirm payment screen however will only display the first item added to the cart.  If I continue through with the payment I will receive an email confirming the payment for the total price of all the items added to the cart (even though the confirm payment screen will only display the first item).

Ive tried a few different things but again nothing worked, is there a known solution for this issue?

Thanks.

Hi Brant,

Do you have categories/multiple categories attached to the events?

I believe that this was an issue where events with multiple categories cause some events not to show in the cart.

I would start by updating event espresso to the latest version If the issue persists after that please advise.

Hi Dean,

I don’t have any of the events attached to a category and EE is updated the latest version.  Regarding this, I am running Multisite for WordPress and I used the site key for one of the multsites although they all use EE.  Is it possible for me to use the same key for the rest of the sites?

Back to the question at hand however, as I mentioned I am not using any categories and I have the site that I am testing on updated to the latest version.  Are there any other suggestions that may help fix this? or would it help if I emailed the URLand some images of the problem I am having?

Thanks again

Hi,

Well it could be related to the multisite, Event Espresso is not designed for multisite and therefore some issues do arise when it is used on multisite.

Have you network activated the plugin or activated it site by site? If network activated, change it. I know network activation can cause a lot of problems.

Regarding the licence key, no, each licence key can only be used on one site (or sub site in multisite instances) and support and auto updates will only be provided for that site. You are free to install the plugin on other sites but we wont support the and you will need to manually update them.

If changing from network to single activation isnt the resolution, then yes, providing images and a url will help. If you cannot post them here then please send them to support @ eventespresso.com including a link to this forum post.
