I’m getting complaints that when people check out that they are getting charged double. I’ve tried a couple different approaches and it seems as if the discount codes are creating the complications. 7JESTERZ1 is our most popular code and is doubling the cart total. Some of them don’t work at all.

as I’m testing – I’m also finding that removing items from the cart are still there during check out.

seems to only be when a discount code is applied.

When you are testing this is the Volume Discounts add-on installed and activated?

no – I thought I read that needs to be deactivated. we don’t offer volume disc anymore. We had trouble with that in the past as well.
