Hey guys, is there a way to set the available spaces to reflect registrations and not complete payments? We have a pay in cash on site system and we still need to reflect the number of registrants that haven’t necessarily paid yet.
You can set the default payment status to Pending either in the individual event (the Default Payment Status for Event: setting under Event Options on the right hand side of the edit event screen) or in the General Settings (for all events). This will reduce the capacity though those that haven’t paid will still be noticeable in the admin panel.
hmm, I’ve tried that. We have our class limit set to 14. We have 7 people registered and showing up in the admin panel, but the available spaces says 11….I’m no mathematician, but I think that doesn’t add up. Any other ideas?
Belay that! Sorry…I went in and changed the previous payments statuses to pending individually and it’s coming up roses. You guys still rock! Keep up the good work!
