Server outage

    I have WP 5, EE3, installed last Oct. http://www.miraclepromotions.com

    Did the HostGator outage affect our individual Event Espresso registration pages? I have a woman who tried to register yesterday, , but it didn’t go through. However it somehow got to PayPal and a payment was made. She and I are still trying to figure that one out. My major event is almost sold out. I sent an E mail out to that effect yesterday, so I hope people didn’t try to register and find it down, thinking the event was full.Thanks!

    Hi Kathryn,

    The server outage that happened yesterday would not affect your registrations.

    Please double check that PayPal Standard is setup correctly:

    https://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-set-up-paypal-ipn/

    The IPN should be enabled in your PayPal account and your transactions page should have the correct code and be published.
