Could please help me to get known which email is going to send after which action.
I would like to know when the following emails are send:
– confirmation email (after payment or before)
– email including ticket

how does is work, there is no tutorial for it.

To answer your question, the Confirmation email is sent when the user clicks “Confirm Registration”. unless you have, “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” set to “No”.
The email including the ticket is sent after the payment.
