We have our site set up for deposits and to pay in full. Is there a way to send invoice reminders for those who have pending only payments without individually sending them? How do you filter and send them?

Thank you!

Hi Garret,

At this time in EE3 there isn’t a way to filter emails to only a selection of attendees.

EE4 has a message type that will only send mails to Pending (not paid) attendees.

Can I upgrade my version to version 4? I see it in my downloads available. What is the process if I do that?

Thank you!

This is actually a feature that is in the development branch of EE3 3.1.38. If you want to add it in now, I have instructions here that you can follow.
