Hello,

I was wondering if there was an option to redirect the user to PayPal as soon as they fill out their info and hit submit?

Also, can the user not be logged in the attendee list at all if they haven’t paid?

Thanks,
Ian

Hello Ian,

There isn’t a way to skip directly to Paypal, but you can choose to skip the confirmation page by changing “Skip Confirmation Page during Registration Process?” to “Yes”. This will skip directly to the payment page when they first submit their registration details.

Hello Jonathan,

Great, thanks for the reply. One more quick question. Also, can the user not be logged in the attendee list at all if they haven’t paid?

Thanks again,
Ian

Hi Ian,

Glad I could help.

No. If someone enters their details and clicks submit, they are logged in the system as Incomplete until they pay. This does not mark against the attendee limits until they pay.
