How can I send emails to individual attendees? We want to test a new template before blasting everyone signed up for our event with it. Seems like it’s possible to send an email to all or resend ticket details only. How can I send one attendee a custom email?
If you look in the attendee list for the event, on the right hand side you should see an envelope icon http://d.pr/i/YfC0
You can use this to send re-send individual confirmation emails.
Currently there is no way of sending a test custom registration email without it being assigned to an event so you would need to apply this to the event and re-send an individual registration (above) to test.
If it’s a template you’ve saved in the email manager, then you should be able to use it as the payment reminder email. On the attendee list, click on the payment status icon for an attendee. Then use the ‘Invoice/Payment Reminder’ on the right side.
Glad to hear you got it sorted and thanks for the feedback. I think it is something we are considering for Event Espresso 4 (not confirmed yet).
