Hi!

Is there a way to send confirmation emails to both the attendee and the event organizer?

Thanks!

Scott

Hi Scott,

If the event organizer is known at the time of the event creation you could use the Alternate Email Address (optional) setting in the event. This setting takes email address, separated by commas and will over rule the admin email.

So for example you could add in:

adminemail@admin.com,eventorganiseremail@organiser.com

This would send all registration notifications to both the admin and the event organiser.

So this will allow confirmation emails–the same emails sent to attendees–to be sent to an organizer as well?

Hi Scott,

It turns out that it doesn’t send the emails the attendees get. Instead it sends a copy of the confirmation email that the admin gets.

That’s perfect. Thanks! Tested it out and it works great.
