is there anyway to use this to sell products as well as events? either by making “product events” without start and end dates, or integrating this shopping cart with another one?

Hi Alex,

Event Espresso doesn’t have a feature that sells products, or integrates the event shopping cart with a third party. It is possible to use Event Espresso to display events on the calendar and event list and run the registrations through the e-commerce plugin by using the alternate registration URL.

that would work, where/how do i set up the alternate registration url?

Under the Event options in the event editor. http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/event-listings/#options
