Seating Chart Error

I was testing the seating chart addon and uploaded the sample seating chart provided by the plugin and had the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/mhd-01/www.mydomain.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/backupwordpress/hm-backup/hm-backup.php on line 1668

Any advice on how to solve this?

Problem solved. Had to convert XLS file into CSV. You may want to take note of this to avoid this fatal error.
