I want to block out seats for a special group but I want to still show those seats in the over all document. How do I label them on the spread sheet so that they are not seats that the general public can purchase?

Hi Adath,

You can enter the word “reserved” in the custom tag column of the spreadsheet to reserve specific seats.

Does “Reserved” just leave it up to the buyer to know they can’t purchase it, or are they blocked from buying it when they go to checkout?”

It prevents them from selecting the seat.

Does any word in that space prevent a buyer from selecting a seat or is Reserved the only word that triggers the prevention of the purchase.

Do we leave it blank or put in a different word for them to purchase?

Reserved along with placeholder will prevent a seat from being selected. The difference being placeholder shows an empty spot, but reserved shows what looks like a reserved seat.
