Hi there, does EE have the ability to create limited multi use tickets, or perhaps a season pass. We are looking to run a series of events and want to be able to sell a pass for all sessions.
The tickets were designed to be used once. There is a feature that allows for tickets to be unredeemed, then can be used to check in again, but I would say that wouldn’t be a very good solution for the use case that you present.
On the flip side, i guess the multi event add on will be able to allow someone to buy multiple tickets for a single event and then we can use the ticket as a session pass. I think this may be doable. So i guess multiple tickets instead a single multi use ticket.
If you do not have a slot allocation or limit on the numbers per day/session then you could set up the event as “on-going” for the season and sell it as a xx number use season ticket, where xx is the number of times they can use it.
