We are missing the “search” button in the featured image upload section on the Event Espresso new event page. It looks like maybe the button is there but it’s overlapped by the media list so it’s not clickable. (I can send a screenshot if needed.)
Note the following:
– I have tried using different browsers – it’s universal on Safari, Firefox, Chrome, IE
– This is only in the Event Espresso Featured Image upload. In both pages and posts, the featured image window is larger and the search option works fine.
– We are using the latest version of wordpress and the latest version of Event Espresso.
Please assist. We used to this feature regularly, but it has gone missing in the latest updates…

You’ll need to add:
#media-search {
position: relative;
}
to plugins/event-espresso/css/admin-styles.css.

I added the suggested style to the admin-styles.css file, but the search still appears down about 2/3 of the window covered up by media options. Can you assist further?
I have tried clearing my cache and reloading the page just in case the style was stored, but that didn’t do the trick.

Sorry about that, I had put it into chrome developer tools, but not that file. Turns out that media uploader is in an iFrame that will not be affected by any css except for the files it loads. I got it to work by editing wp-admin/css/wp-admin.min.css, putting that css from above right at the end of the file. Cleared my browser cache, and it loaded up.
