We are using EE to register thousands of attendees for a nationwide charity 5K series. Some of our attendees persistently email because they’ve lost or never received their tickets.

Is there a shortcode or PHP include to display a search form on the front end for users’ tickets? We need them to be able to enter an email address and pull up their tickets. WP user integration is now an afterthought and our Director doesn’t like the idea.

Hi,

No there isn’t unfortunately.

It should be fairly easy to create a small shortcode/plugin that does this though, using and short form (text field and submit button) and some jQuery.

You may want to contact one of our recommended developer regarding this http://staging.eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/
