I’m using the latest versions: WP=3.8, Event Espresso = 3.1.36.2.P, Event Espresso API Plugin = 2.1.P, Event Espresso on iPad = version 1.6.2

When I scan user’s registration ticket I get Declined message with the comment: Attendee already checked in. See the picture: http://d37toastmasters.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/01/EE_HD_Pic2.png

When I login to the website I can see that the record was updated correctly despite the incorrect message. I tried this with multiple users.

It appears that mobile app is retrieving the attendee status after updating the record in database. Our event is this coming Saturday ….

Thank you,

Jake

I just wanted to add that Event Espresso version 2.0 on Android based device (Droid Razr) is working correctly. I will test iPhone which should be the same app as iPad in 1-2 hrs and let you know.

The mobile app on iPhone works to. However, the version shown on iPhone is 2.1

I uninstalled and re-installed the mobile app on iPad and still getting version 1.6.2 with the same error described in my first post.

Hi Jake,

It looks like what you’ll do to fix this is deactivate, then reactivate the ticketing add-on. Also, you will need to make sure you have the latest version of the ticketing add-on installed. This will add the database tables that need to be there in order to be compatible with the new HD app and the new JSON API.

Josh,

Can you confirm the latest version of iPad mobile app? Just want to make sure I got the latest version.

Thank you,

Jake

Deactivation and subsequent re-activation of ticketing add-on fixed the issue with iPad mobile app. I appreciate all your help.

Thank you,

Jake
