After an update sometime this summer once an event is done the information doesn’t stay in the system. So all of the attendees information and event information is gone. I’m losing emails and information from people that register late that I don’t download the updated lists before all the information is gone from the site. Is there any way in the settings that I can get events to stay after their date like it use to be?

Hi there,

There was an update that automatically filters the closed events out of the initial event overview. This was added because of popular demand. You can view all of your closed events by changing the event status filter to show inactive events:
