WordPress 3.5.1
Event Espresso 3.1.15P
Site has been running for over 1 year
http://www.navpath.com/registration

The events are set up with a form to be completed then the client selects Submit, and they are then directed to the PayPal site. PayPal is set to add the appropriate Provincial Sales Tax. The tax is not always being added to the charge to the client. Example: A client registered and paid on Saturday morning and was charged the correct sales tax. Thirty minutes later another client registered and paid and was not charged the sales tax.
Discussions with PayPal support suggest their site is OK and the issue may be with Event Espresso. Please help.

There is a known issue where taxes are being incorrectly calculated. I believe this was fixed in version 3.1.30.7 (according to the change log: http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/). I’d recommend upgrading.
