Rreschedule payment from not working

When a customer wants to reschedule a class, they fill out a form and we charge them $10 to reschedule. This form is not working.
Please help me ASAP, because my website is live.

Hi,

The form in question is not related to Event Espresso, but created by Contact Form 7. I am not sure how we can assist with that, perhaps refer to Contact Form 7’s support? http://contactform7.com/support/
