As a promotional campaign, I’d like to display an event only to invited readers. We want to avoid using membership so are planning simply to send them the promotional event URL. It’s crude but will be OK since only a small number of promotional spots are available (4 events x 12 buyers).
[ESPRESSO_EVENTS] displays fine at the main booking page but I need to keep the promotional events off it. To do that, I can only see making them NOT_ACTIVE, which of course makes the promotional event URL say the event is no longer on.
I’m probably missing something real basic. Thanks.
That is probably the easiest way to do what you are wanting to do, without using the Members add on.
We’re glad you are enjoying Event Espresso. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
