Is there a way to allow only some attendees the invoicing option. We want to exclude the invoicing from about half of our attendees. However, we need to have the invoicing option available for government workers. What is the best way to do this? Ideally we’d like all attendees to go into a single event list, but just “hide” the invoicing option from all (unless we give them a special code which would enable the invoicing option as well as activate their discount.) Thx

Hi there,

There isn’t a feature that automates this, but one thing you could do is set the invoice option to not display on the payment page (the option is in Event Espresso>Payment settings under Invoice Payment Settings).

Then, you can send a payment reminder email from the admin that includes the invoice_link shortcode to the registrants who need an invoice.
