I have created an event with questions to fill out for registration. I have made most of the registration questions required and put text displayed if not completed.. People who register are still able to complete registration without completing all required questions.. Am I missing something besides making the questions required and using the display text if not completed??
Usually when we see the required field validation not working it’s due to a theme or plugin conflict. You can rule these out one by one:
1) A theme conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily switching to the default WordPress theme.
2) A plugin conflict. You can rule this out by temporarily deactivating any other installed WordPress plugins.
If you post a link to the registration page we can usually look in Firebug and narrow it down too.
1) I am using a theme that I purchased.. Are you telling me to activate the word press 2013 theme and then switch back to the theme I already have up now? Will I lose any data?
2) Deactivate event espresso and reactivate it? Or deactivate all other plugins that I am running besides event espresso? If you mean deactivate event espresso will i lose the events that are currently running live on my site?
2) All plugins except for Event Espresso. When you deactivate Event Espresso you will not lose your events, but you will not be able to view a registration form while Event Espresso is deactivated.
