Once I am at the registration stage of purchasing a ticket I have several registration forms with required fields to complete (multiple bookings).
I complete the first registration form (First name, last name, email and phone).
I can then select to ‘copy from’ using the drop down box for all the other forms. If I do not use this option and select confirm and go payment, I am taken to the payment selection stage.
I should not have got to this stage without completing the required fields in the registration forms.
The reason the fields don’t validate is due to a JavaScript error.
The site is actually loading jQuery twice, a really old version (1.4.2) and the current version shipped with WordPress. To start I would look in the themes functions.php file to find where it is en-queuing the old version of jQuery.
Failing that look in the header.php file to see if its included there.
There may be other issues after this but this will get us off to the correct start.
