Hi,

You have a javascript error “Uncaught TypeError: Property ‘$’ of object [object Object] is not a function ” which is coming from the mobilemenu.js file in your theme.

What this is is that it is not safely using the $ sign (it should use it in no conflict mode or use jQuery instead) and as such it is stopping all remaining jquery from working, including the validation.

So you can either change the $ to jQuery, place the code into a no conflict mode or refer back to the theme developer to fix it.
