My client wants to be able to export the name and email address to excel. The Attendee report has other information but no email address. I know they are there since they show up if I click into each name. Clicking into each name and copy and paste is too time consuming. Is there a way to get the email addresses to show on the report that exports to excel?
Hi Josh
I do now have the latest version installed and there is still no email address that show on the event attendee report. I need to be able to download the name and email address into a csv file to add them to my Constant Contact report. Copy and pasting every one is way too time consuming. Also now that I updated the first 27 events disappeared – I have created another thread for that problem.
When someone fills out the registration form, does the email address not get recorded into the registration record? If so, have there been any modifications made to the plugin or the question groups?
It does get recorded. If I click into each person the email address shows on that page. It needs to show on the report that gets downloaded with all the names for each class.
