| July 9, 2012 at 1:30 pm Im trying to create an event that runs multiple times a day and multiple days a week at all the times that day, currently i can only see a way using the repeat events to cover one event a day, am i missing something? Thanks -

| July 9, 2012 at 1:35 pm There’s an option to add event times. Look for the button under the first set of event times. It should be labeled “Add additional times” |

| July 10, 2012 at 7:23 am but from my understanding that means the amount of slots i set for this event cover all the times set in here is that right? i need to have x amount of slots per hour, not x amount over certain hours if that makes sense. |

| July 10, 2012 at 7:42 am You should be able to set up the time slots either way. Each slot needs a start and end time to be entered. Here’s an example:

| July 10, 2012 at 1:13 pm In the Event Espresso>General settings, under advanced features, there’s a feature that lets you set limits for each time slot that can be enabled. Note that it only supports single registrations (not groups) |

| July 11, 2012 at 7:36 am ah ok i have the working now. I see its a work in progress, can i enquire into how it is planned to integrate this into the calender, as its currently only showing the event at the first entered time.
For me preferably it would involve the event covering all the times it is available at with a dropdown inside it (on the calander) listing available times. |

| July 11, 2012 at 9:14 am I had a similar issue with wanting multiple repeat event. I needed group booking for each time slot so my work around solution was to use the recurring event manager and create repeat events. So for example I have a 9:30am-11am event which recurs on the days I want it and then a 10:30am-12pm event etc. look at http://www.tagpartyrecon.com/information/calendar/ to see what I mean. |
