| April 4, 2013 at 7:33 pm Hey there…I get the sense from reading the documentation that you can choose to display the Gravatar yet I cannot figure out how to toggle it off. Could I just hide it with CSS in my themes child them CSS or do I have to edit the template’s CSS? |

| April 5, 2013 at 4:55 am Hi Jason, That is a very good question, and one I had to check. No the themes CSS will not affect the ticket. As such you will either need to add the code to hide it from the ticket CSS file or remove the gravatar section for the ticket template.
