I have removed price and payment from the event as invoices will be issued manually. Now how do I remove the pdf invoice from the confirmation e-mail? In general settings, where?
Many thanks for helping!
The confirmation email that gets sent to the admin will have the invoice link by default, and would need to be removed from email.php.
For the email that gets sent to the registrant, there is a shortcode that generates the link to the invoice: [invoice_link] You can remove it from the email settings in the General settings, the email manager, or the custom email in the event editor. It depends on which of the 3 above options you are using where you’d remove that.
Thank you,Josh!
I use the custom email event editor and I have no link to invoice. NO for Send payment confirmation emails? is ticked off in the e-mail settings. I have not used the email manager.
I have had two of my colleagues to test and they both get the pdf attached to the confirmation e-mail.
