Remove "Copy above information to all forms?" in Registration Form (Urgent)

How do i remove the “Copy of above information to all forms?” and the “copy from” dropdowns from the registration form?

Hi,

The easiest way is to simply hide them via CSS. Adding this to your themes style.css should do the trick for you.
