Registrations/Spaces not showing all registered, only paid. I would like to show all that have registered even though they have not paid because I have a space limit in my venue.
Hello, I had the same issue, if you register them as ‘pending’ instead of ‘incomplete’ then they will count when you have a page that show how many have registered, my website has the same setup :-)
You can set the Payment status to be automatically be Pending (where each registration paid or unpaid counts toward the total) for a single event or for all events. The single event status option can be found under Event Options and it’s labeled:
Default Payment Status for Event:
If you leave it at “No Change” it will use the status that’s set for all events in Event Espresso > General Settings. The global setting (for all events) is labeled:
Default Payment Status (this value will be automatically filled in for each person’s payment status, until payment is made, for each event):
Now if there are people registered you cannot update the event AND you cannot delete the event to start over because people are registered (April 2). And, for future events it says “registration not open,” (April 16)/ What am I missing here? http://www.brewasanas.com/yogabeerevents/
It turns out you can update an event and even delete it if people are registered. Please note that the registration records will no longer be available in the admin if you delete the event.
With the April 16th event, you can change the registration start date to today, yesterday, or another day before today to open the event to registration.
