Now, I can’t register anymore. It states
“This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again.”

Here’s the link…

I deleted the plugin and re-installed it. Its working now. Now I’m trying to test out Authorize.net with debug mode on. Payment is declined, stating “Bill To Company is required.”

Hello, that field isn’t collected by Event Espresso by default so it make be an option set in your Authorizenet account.

Please try the following steps:

1. Log in to your Authorize.net account
2. Go to Account –> Settings –> Payment Form –> Form Field
3. Uncheck the required option for the bill to company.
4. Save your account’s settings

Then try checkout one more time.

Now it states that the credit card number is invalid. Sorry for all the questions – I’m a newbie when it comes to payment gateways.

Hi,

The Authorize.net account you are using, is it a Sandbox account or a live account in test mode?

Within the Authorize.net AIM payment method settings (Event Espresso -> Payment Methods) what do you currently have

‘Is this an account on the Authorize.net development server?’

Set to?

I’m assuming this account is a Live account rather than a sandbox account? If so that should be set to No.

‘Do you want to submit a test transaction?’

Should be set to Yes (and it appear to be currently)
