My event registration page says “Free Event”, even though I have at least 2 prices set up. If I go through the registration process, it does vie the correct pricing options. how do I remove this from the page??

Hi Elizabeth,

Which version of Event Espresso is installed, and is the Espresso Members add-on installed? If so which version of members is installed?

Can you post a link to the site so we can investigate further?

Hi Josh – the wordpress updates section on the dashboard says i’m running the latest version of WordPress, but the plugins section says it’s version (3.1.28.5.P). Not sure which is correct. I do have the members add-on installed – but not activated (1.9.5.1). The site i’m working on is: http://twsalaskameeting.com
thanks.

That sounds right, Event Espresso is currently 3.1.28.5.P, and WordPress is currently 3.4.2.

I’m not able to find where it says “Free Event” when looking at the registration pages. I’ll post a link to a screenshot:

I just went back to the event registration page and now it’s showing $125, which is still incorrect! I’ts under the Event Registration page under the 2013 Information menu.

Hi Elizabeth,

The event list will display one of the prices, and not reflect the early pricing. Is $125 one of the price options that is being offered (not including the early discount) ?

Since you only have one event, it may be best to change the navigation to link directly to the registration page.

You can change this by modifying the menu item in the WordPress menu manager to link to:
http://twsalaskameeting.com/?page_id=45&ee=1
as a custom URL. If you go to the Appearance>Menus screen in the WP admin, you’ll notice that there is a “Custom Links” box. I’d recommend linking directly to the event in this case.

Thank you – that’s exactly what was happening – it was grabbing one of the price options (originally was $0, which is why it said free event) – then i changed it to $125, pre-discount. I just modified the menu with the custom link as you mentioned – worked great, and looks much cleaner. Thanks!

I am also having this issue. Can you please help? I do not have single events I am having multiple events and need this to work flawlessly. I also have different payment amounts.

My website is http://www.newyorkbroadwaytours.com and below is a screen shot. Thanks so much in advance for helping me resolve this.
