Hi there! Is there a way to have the customer register for an event and if they don’t pay right then they Don’t get an email with an invoice attached to it to pay within 48 hours? I just want the customer to go online, register + pay at the same time and be done wiht that whole process. thanks

Hi Michael,

In General Settings under Email Settings, you can change “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?” to “No”. This will prevent the email from going out until the attendee has paid.

It is already set to “NO” I don’t want anyone to be able to register at all unless they pay. Can this be achieved??

No, because the registration step happens before the payment step. So people can fill out the registration form, hit submit and stop right there and not pay.

It should be noted that if they don’t pay, their registration does not count toward the attendee total.
