When someone registers for an event, it takes them to the Event Registration page rather than the Thank you page and/or payment screen. General settings show it is set to the Thank you Page…

It looks like something’s not set up right. Please recheck your page settings and make sure that all the proper shortcodes are present and that none of the pages that are set in the Event Espresso page settings are duplicates or in the Trash.

Hi there,

In this case, it looks like the conflict with the latest version of Jetpack. We’re in the process of testing a fix and will have a fix in the next update. In the meantime, please see this post for some work around suggestions:

I had already checked that and have now double checked. Everything is set up as the basic settings state it should be.
