Has this been easily resolved? Does this have an easy fix? I am having the same problem and it makes the forms look horrible!

Thank you,
Judy

Hi Judy,

There isn’t really anything to resolve as such. The forms look fine in most themes, but in some themes the way they set the CSS means the forms look wonky.

If you can provide a link to the form in question I can see if there is a CSS fix for it.

Okay, I haven’t published it publicy as of yet, I will and then will send you the link. ALso, is there anyway to get rid of the “please choose a payment option” ? There will be no payment options as of yet, and it’s just an empty box as of now. Would rather have nothing said about payment options at all.

Hi Judy,

If it’s not a free event then Event Espresso requires the selection of a payment option in order to finalize the registration. While you could hide the “Please Choose a payment option” with some CSS, I’m afraid the registration process will not work as expected if the registrant ends up on the Payment options page and doesn’t complete their registration.

Are these all going to be free events? If not, what will be the means that the registrant will pay? If it’s a case where they’re going to pay at the door, you could enable the Check/Money Order option to people to finalize their registration and include instructions there on how to pay later. If your planning something different, please let us know and we can come up with a solution.
