After a person fills out the registration form, they are suppose to be able to pay using PayPal or credit card. What is happening is that the user is taken back to an empty registration form. We are currently using the most update version of Event Expresso and WordPress. I have no idea what is the problem or how to fix the problem. People are not being able to sign up for our conference.
Are all your pages with Event Espresso shortcodes (registration, thankyou, etc) published, not password protected, etc? Basically they need to be accessible.
If they are you could try recreating the main registration page. Delete the current one and delete it from trash and then make a new one with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode and make sure it is allocated in the General Settings (save those settings as well to be sure).
