    WordPress Version: 3.8.1
    PHP Version: 5.3.10
    MySQL Version: 5.5.23
    Event Espresso Version: 4.1.3.reg
    WordPress Address (URL): http://voices.org.mt
    Site address (URL): http://voices.org.mt

I have added new custom fields to the registration form as can be seen when one tries to register for one of the events (http://voices.org.mt/events/auditions-for-the-soloists/).

The problem i have is that all the fields are being displayed but the user input is not being saved for the created custom fields.

For all the other fields it works fine.

Could you please try to guide me what is causing such problem?

    Hi Matthew,

Are you experiencing this issue with only the following areas of the registration form:

    Music Background
    Participation in Voices Events

      Hi Lorenzo,

No the problem is with all the fields… Even ID Card, Telephone Number etc…

We really need this to work urgently for our client. Let me know if you require access to the site to investigate further.

      Thanks

FYI: Dean is assisting us with the same/similar problem. Refer: http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/manually-adding-attendee-is-not-saving-custom-fields/

This issue was corrected by adding wp_footer() to the theme’s footer file and making an adjustment to a javascript file (onload.js).
