Hello,
I am having an issue with the registration page and particular the email field. On every event registration we have an email present in there. My question is how can i remove this so it has no email? I think this will confuse customers. If you can please advise what to do as i need this fixed asap as we are going live later today/tomorrow?
It isn’t possible to remove the email, it’s a core question that is required from all attendees.
I assume your issue stems from the fact that every attendee is required to provide an email rather than just the primary attendee?`
The only way I know of not taking that is to use jQuery to copy the primary attendee email or insert another email address into the additional attendees email field and hide that field.
It isn’t a perfect solution, but it does work. Of course if you use the primary attendees email then they will receive more than one email from the system, so I would recommend the admin email or a fake email from the site domain.
