On our site, when we purchase a ticket, the registration confirmation email (the one with the link to download a ticket & download an invoice) are only going to our admin email address.

We want this email to be sent to the primary attendee as well.

What are we doing wrong?

Thanks,
Austin

Hello Austin,

Basic checklist. Have you:

  • Checked the Spam folder?
  • Turned off/on fancy headers in the General Settings?
  • Made sure “Send payment confirmation emails?” is set to yes?
  • Made sure “Send registration confirmation emails before payment is
received?” is set to the correct setting?
  • Tried WP SMTP Mail plugin?
