I’ve had one case where an attendee registers and I receive the admin email with their details. When I click on the primary attendee name in the admin email it loads a blank record in EE. Looking at the attendee list in EE doesn’t show the registrant at all, no matter what filter options I choose.
I can see the user had an ID of 233 from the link in the email. Looking in the database that ID wasn’t present in the events_attendee_meta table. Any ideas how that could happen?
Probability is that the user has gone back without finalising the registration, so it over writes the previous registration but the emails etc have been triggered.
In version 3.1.33.3 we added a notification so the user is aware that their details will be lost if the hit the back button.
