Is there a way to register a group of people under one fee? Let’s say individuals can register for $10. I would like to set up registration so people reserve a table of 10 for $100. This is different from registering 10 individuals which would cost the same but not reserve a table. Any advice on how I can go about setting that up?

I have the Multiple Event add on but this seems to be a little different. Event Espresso says they offer a Volume Discount add-on which might have a solution though I don’t see the add-on available anywhere on the Event Espresso site.

Here is my system information

The volume discount add-on is in the pre-release channel, which you can activate from your account page. But it doesn’t sound like it will help in your particular use case, since you are not trying to offer a discount for reserving a whole table. I think you may just have to put in a new price point of $100 that would reserve a table.

I’m having a similar dilemma in needing to register a team for a flat fee. Teams are up to 6 individuals. Currently it tries to bill each team member separately instead of the flat rate.

I created a price point for the entire table. But when you enter the data on the 10 registrants it thinks you are registering 10 tables, ie. $100 x 10 = $1000. Is there any way to register 10 people but under one group fee?

Currently, there isn’t a way to ask different questions based on the ticket type. But you could put in a question like “If you are reserving a table, please list here the names and email addresses of your table guests.” Or you could leave in your table reservation question and take away the table price point, so that someone reserving a table has to fill in all the fields for each attendee.
