Registered but not showing on attendee list

Hi just new to Event Espresso – I am just launching the plug in and registered for an event I created, however the attendees still read 0/65 but I have registered and received two emails.  I’ve searched the topics but can’t find a solution! Help!

Is this installed on a multisite installation of WordPress or a single site install of WordPress?

It might help if one of us can take a look in the admin to investigate things more quickly. Can you send temporary admin level credentials via our contact page:

thanks Josh – I got it onto our own site now and can find the attendees. – One question – on the verify registration screen there are two blank boxes under each section of info – and I am sure there is test in those boxes -how do I get that to show up and work?  I believe it may be a submit button

Dean I’ve taken a screen shot but here is the link.  You have to go through the registration process first.  The Paypal button also does not show so guests don’t know what to click on.

OK, whats happening is the buttons (thats what they are) are being given a white background by the themeroller style, however the font colour is also white, it’s not clear but I think the them has set that as white.

The easiest way to resolve it would be to add some CSS to the theme style.css or a plugin such as My Custom CSS.

input[type=”submit”] { color:#000; }

If there are other buttons affected you will need to expand that code to include other input types

Thanks! Is there a template you may have that i can use to upload and just plug in the colours etc that I need for the style sheet? Im a low end techie!

Hi Teresa,

There’s actually a fix for the invisible (on some WP themes) confirmation button issue. If you’d like to start using it on your website now, this template file can be uploaded onto your server in place of the existing confirmation_page.php template that’s located in wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/templates.
